Description
The BRGSR2 has been designed specifically for HGVs equipped with manufacturer-installed Progressive Safe Systems (UNECE R151 BSIS & R159 MOIS) where no left-turn alarm is fitted.
This plug-and-play ECU integrates into the existing system using conduited wiring to reduce installation time. With a dedicated low-speed GPS module, the audible alarm activates only below 20mph, avoiding unnecessary alerts at higher speeds.
Once installed, the BRGSR2 adds the mandatory left-turn alarm to manufacturer-fitted Progressive Safe Systems (UNECE R151 BSIS & R159 MOIS), helping vehicles meet Progressive Safe System obligations and align with GSR2 expectations when correctly installed.
